Amplex Dubai LLC has recently been awarded a significant Water Transmission contract for Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) which aims to service new Dubai downtown developments as well as New Jebel Ali Village Area. The contract will see the firm supply, install, test and commission glass reinforced epoxy pipes including associated works at various locations in Emirate of Dubai.

Despite stiff competition from other bidders, Amplex have finally been awarded this project due to reasons of a financially competitive bid, supported with highly evaluated commercial and technical capabilities. Amplex signed the contract in July 2007 and the entire work is to be completed within 26 months.
