To ensure that training
activities support both the individual and
organization’s objectives and are cost-effective all
training activity are planned and monitored in
conjunction with the Finance and HR/Administration
Department who will administer the training and
development budget. Training needs were analyzed in
a number of ways as set out on the company’s quality
management system training procedure. |

The Training and Development
strategy is focused on creating a motivated
workforce which is capable of meeting new
challenges, is skilled and competent in all aspects
and will tie in with the Organization’s objectives
both short and long-term. |
